PHotE is not fully functioning. When you took away the wings the effect procs and has the Healed target casting the spell onto the Templar. This is inverse of the stated, desired and past effect. Secondly the effect rendered upon a proc is not to the order of the effect delve. This could be a result of the effect being generated by the target of the initial heal that started the proc. The helm needs to have its wings back, AND the proc needs to be fixed. A= Templar with PHotE. B= Target of the heal. Original working process, with wings, == A casts onto B, B recieves the buff and the healing effect with all the +healing effects from A. Now it is, without wings, == A casts onto B, B then casts the buff onto A. Please fix this. I am rather certain the wings helped this work properly and would love to have the helm proc correctly again. Moreso if it had wings again. (Personally all profession helms should have model options, options make everyone happy)

Strange, when the appearance was changed the effect shouldn't have been modified. I'll take a look.

The effect actually changed two LUs ago but most people did not seem to notice. Another thread that references this "incorrect behavior" can be found here. Though people liked to dispute that it worked fine regardless of the evidence I showed. My favorite piece is when I got my L50 fluff pet to heal me with my own helmet -- to show off its brokenness. The above linked post references another post that claimed the Black Queen's Orb of Truth and the collection quest Mystical Orb of the Healer were also healing in reverse. Unfortunately that post did not make the forum transition. The healing effect from the Righteous Scepter of the Godking seemed to be working properly despite the others. The earring orb proc is only a technicality since it procs a group heal, even though the caster of the heal is wrong it heals all the same targets.

As the person in the above posted pointed out, the Black Queen's Orb of Truth was also broke at the same time as this Helm. Instead of healing the caster like it was intended, it's causing whomever you heal to "cast" the Orb's heal on themselves as well. Which essentially is adding another 200 hps to any and every heal since it's a 100% proc. If you have this orb equipped and cast any type of heal on anyone (group or single), it causes them to "cast" that proc which will remove that person from stealth/invis. This causes headaches if you are in a group with a scout who relies on stealth attacks as you'll be constantly breaking their stealth just from group heals/wards. Please take a look at this item as well, as it's now doing the reverse of what it use to like the helm. The Orb of Truth should be healing the caster and not the caster's target. I think when they fixed the Buckler of the Howler's proc (it use to proc the DPS modifier on the healer who healed instead of the wielder of the actual shield), it broke these items procs.

While you're taking a look at that, can you also "accidentally" make the tick time significantly faster? Every second would work, I should say. Yes, that would be nice.

Many items that triggered off of healing events have been fixed for GU32. Keep an eye out for the updated Test Server patch notes. If you happen to run across additional issues with these items, feel free to send me a PM after the patch goes live. Disclaimer: The bug causing these items to have issues was an underlying problem, and not necessarily something specific to each item individually. All of the items effected may not be listed on the patch notes. Stuffs on the test server subject to change. Tags/Title/License Fees not included. Actual user experience may differ from those reported.
