Healing adornments or Ministration adornments?

Does anyone have any thoughts about what to go with adornment wise. At the moment I cant seem to choose between +40 healing adornments or the +10 Ministration/Ordination. Can anyone help me out here?

<p>I went for the +10 ordination neck adornment because all our debuffs use that skill, so It should reduce resists.</p><p>You can still get +40 healing on another slot (thinking gloves) and from swapping various items around I've found that I can't increase healing past a certain cap anyway. e.g. No matter how many +healing items I equip I can't get the auto ward on runic aegis past 151.</p>

Don't take runic aegis as value for it (as can be seen it states up to 40) the only spell where it really applies the up-to-value is Learned Healing (at least as Master II), where it really applies +10 for Symmetry II (btw 2 Symmetry II stack) and +40 to Healing Pulse IV.
