wisdom aa question

Ok, the second ability says like a 1% chance to strike all enemies in ae at rank one, if i was to put say four points into this ability will the chance to strike raise up to like 4% to strike or does just the damage. I solo much of the time, but duo and trio with friends from time to time and I am the main tank. I need some help from some of you seasoned bruisers out there. I am lvl 46 with 4/4/8/8 in intelegence now. All post will be greatly appreciated. Btw solo or grouped I seem to be fighting three or more mobs if that helps any.

Damage increases with level and str. If it was me, I'd stil with the int line for now. I rarely have problems with group aggro, just takes a lot of effort and tabbing <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

Crane Twirl is one of our best tanking abilities, imo. It is because our group agro is miserable, we only have one encounter taunt and not a single PBAoE taunt. The extra damage around you may keep you from needing to tab constantly, which probably isn't enough if you are grouped with any class with an AE nuke. Rumble also procs from it which is a nice bonus.

My rumble proc's 100000x more than my 6 points in crane so i dropped it. The only time it proc'd was when i was fighting a even con while surrounded by a raid of raids cheering him on ( to bad I won ). they didnt attack me when it hit them all. Until I killed thier friend /sigh
