Sorry if this offends the forum team but i'm not lovin the new look of the forum. It has that kind of boxed look and doesn't have a custom feel to it like the old one did. Hopefully this can be ironed out later on or allow for custom forum UIs.

The new forums don't bother me that much. I kind of like them, they are something different. However, I thought all threads were being moved over from the old forum and what happened to everyones post count.

Ok, and what happened to the Edit option. Also none of the information is correct on my profile to the left. Yes, I did go into My Profile and set it correctly last night.

I'm more upset that it doesn't work than about how it looks. But the smiley faces are ugly.

Just about all forums are going this way. The microsoft one has the same feel.

See my thread got moved from the NGD area. *shrug*

The main reason I am not liking the layout is it looks boxed. It's not a "Major" problem but it would have been nice to see a custom layout like the old EQ2 stuff. One thing I am a bit ticked at is the forums changed to a new "Master List" so I have to kill all my old links.

Does anyone know how I can make the forums fit within my screen? At least a third of it scrolls off to the right making reading threads awkward.

This is definitely NOT an improvement over the old forums!

Could you let them iron out the bugs?

Lets be glad they did not keep the forums down for a billion days and have them keep us in the horrible tiny thread of doom!

SPOILED?!?!?! I've never even seen a forum that gives you no way to find your own posts. People could be talking to me all over the place and I'll just have to bookmark every thread I comment in. This sucks.

One of my problems is that I can't find a way to bookmark them, and then get back to them.

Caliga,

When I click on your little "profile" button at the bottom of your post, I can see your posts.

You can still find your own posts. Just click on profile which is on each post you write and within the text paragraph there is a clickable line to find either your own posts or your own new topics. It isnt clearly laid out but is there!

And It seems I can finally edit a post as you can see!!

Had another Duplicate post problem last night and just this morning. Please can we get a date on when this problem will be fixed?
