<div>I'm a lvl 62 wiz still in my 1 room apartment.  Looking to get a 3 bedroom house in Qeynos.  My girlfriend plays on the same account, also in a 1 bedroom.</div><div> </div><div>My questions are, 1 how do i move my stuff.  can i have more than 1 house at a time and just go buy the new one and move my stuff a little bit at a time.  or am i only allowed to have 1 house and somehow have to pick all my stuff up at once and then go buy the new house to put it in?</div><div> </div><div>2.  if i give my girlfriend trustee access to the house, how does selling work.  can we basically share the 3 bedroom house and both sell from there (assuming there is enough vault space)?</div><div> </div><div>I'm hoping having a nicer, larger house to decorate will help get her more interested in the game.  (she loved decorating in SWG but it's not as easy to get house items in EQ2)</div>

In a number of trips, I moved all of my things into several alt's houses. It's easier now with the collect feature. A friend who was a trustee was supposed to help :smileywink:, but you know how it is. After that house was emply, I gave it up, bought the new one, and started furnishing it. Wow....good way to do housecleaning.</p><p>Only the person who owns the house may sell from that vault. However, I believe now that your friend, if a trustee, can access her own vault from your house.</p><p>And now...I use my alt's house to store all my seasonal things for next year's decorating. :smileyvery-happy:</p>

<div></div><font color="#9999cc"><font size="2"><font face="Verdana">You and your girlfriend won't be able to sell at the same time since you are both on the same account. Only 1 seller per account at a time. She can sell from your house with the stuff in her inventory, but you won't be able to sell anything while she is.</font></font></font><div></div>

Correct me if I'm wrong.</font>

<div>thanks for the replies everyone.  got moved into my 3 bedroom house last night.  (decorating is another matter).  i had 93 items in my old house and 95 bag spaces on me so I just put everything I could in the bank and deleted everything not valuable or essential and made the move all in one trip. </div><div> </div><div>The way it worked previously is we can't both be offline selling at the same time (only 1 person per account) and I assume it will remain that way in the new house. </div><div> </div><div>New question in case anyone reads this...I bought the 3 bedroom version 1 house in S. Qeynos and it is very difficult to place items (chandelier etc) on the ceiling of the bottom floor.  is this a known bug or am i just doing something wrong?</div>

Greenhorn, the houses ARE rather buggy, aren't they?  There are many known issues regarding inability to hang chandeliers downstairs, walls swallowing paintings, floors swallowing rugs.  The collect items feature they added to the door is a real blessing, since you can easily collect the item and try again elsewhere.<div></div>

<font color="#E2BD01">Aye, what Galldora said. And there are <i>Decorator's Secrets</i> to get things placed, such as a chandelier in the first room of a three room house. Try stacking a bunch of things up, to just under the ceiling height with a table on the top. Remove everything under the table, and try placing the chandelier on the bottom-side of the table. Remove table, and tada! You have a chandelier kinda hanging in the first room. <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></font>

Haha, sometimes this method backfires, though.  I went to a heck of a lot of trouble to get a chandelier over my dining table in the first room of my 3-room house.  It wasn't easy, since whole portions of the house up around the ceiling are buggy, not just the ceiling itself.  (You can see this when you move an item around the room.  In many places the item just diappears altogether.) OK, so finally I got the chandelier positioned just the way I wanted it.  Zoned out, came back in, no chandelier anywhere.  Collected and tried again.  Same thing next time I zoned.  It was just too much trouble to try again, so no chandelier over the table. Also having a similar  problem on the patio. I placed a tapestry there, but every time I zone the stone wall encroaches on part of the tapestry. Grrr......<div></div>
