Question about the flowers and other little nick-nacks from racial quests.

I'am well aware that the quest must be completely and then can be placed by a trustee..however what I'm not sure about is if you're able to do the quest..then delete the alt and keep the flowers? No, deleting the character you used to get the item will not delete the item and yes, the "real" owner of the house can move the items around even after the temporary character has been deleted.
