<DIV>How long has the gnomes in Sol Eye been bugged, a year, two? ANY of the ghost gnomes or the gnomes up front attack any pet. They will aggro from one or two floors above just to come and kill yrou god pet. Those of us with combat pets can't use them at all on the upper floors unless we want to kill all of the gnomes too (including the mender, quest giver, guards... etc) because they auto aggro.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>It takes 30s to test guys, and I know it's been bug reported over and over again. Yeah it's not shiny new content but Sol Eye is used for a number of things and it would be nice to be able to walk in with my pet out and not get mass attacked just for walking by.</DIV>

If if remember correctly a dev actually posted that this was working as intended.<div></div>

<DIV>It's intended for them to come down from 2 floors up to kill your god pet because it pathed over a rock? That seems hard to believe.</DIV>

<DIV>Well it is the job of the living gnomes to attack in order to defend their camp, but the ghosts attack the solumites, efreeti (last I saw, but the first room with efreeti has been devoid of gnome ghosts in recent runs), etc.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>It is stupid you can't even have a Split Paw zygomid pet up or any fluff pet up at all.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

<p>2c: I think it's great that there are zones that have different behaviours, like this. Sol Eye is an intriguing place, one I've yet to fully understand... it seems to me that some of the beasties in there can be tricked into fighting each other, allowing an adventurer to bypass them. There are plenty of zones for those that want to kill everything - not everyone does.</p><p>And 'fluff pets'... well, in my book anything that discourages the use of some frippery that may cause additional lag and get in my face when I'm trying to pick a target is a good thing. YMMV.</p>

I thought I read they were fixing this in LU32. I don't have time to find where Dev said it, but I'm pretty sure it'll be in there.

<p>Bringing this back to life, because while they said it was fixed, it's not.</p><p>God pets still aggro them all. Takes a minute to test devs, should never of gone live saying it was fixed when it wasn't.</p>
