<DIV>So, Labs raid last night (Saturday Jan 27), cruising along, when we get to the Doom trio.</DIV> <DIV>Normal pull for us is to 1 tank the encounter, burn down the Reaver, then finish off the other two.</DIV> <DIV>Done it dozens of times no problem.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Last night was a different story completely.</DIV> <DIV>The Ravager and the Prophet refused to stay aggrod on me, the main tank.</DIV> <DIV>We had our usual setup, so no changes on our side (coercer + dirge in MT group for hate etc).</DIV> <DIV>For no apparent reason, the Ravager or the Prophet would run over, kill someone (usually a healer or bard) then run back to me.</DIV> <DIV>None of my tricks, including plant, reinforcement + aoe etc made any difference.</DIV> <DIV>We stopped using any AoE other than debuffs, still the same behavior.</DIV> <DIV>And yes, all of my taunts, taunt procs etc are M1 or better.</DIV> <DIV>Never have any problem holding aggro at 12k DPS raidwide or more.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>My question then is: has anyone tanked the Trio in the past few days and noticed this behavior?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

Strange...  we pulled and killed them last night, and didn't encounter anything like that.  The Ravager and Prophet came to us right away, and my tank taunted them both with his group taunt while the Reaver took his sweetass time coming down the hall.  Once the Reaver got to us, we burned him down without noticing any changes to the encounter.  While the Reaver did bounce around a little bit, the Ravager and Prophet stayed on my tank the entire time.<div></div>

Never heard of the prophet bouncing around, but the ravager does have a mem-wipe.

Ravager has the grp mem-wipe, if you don't kill him fast enough he will mem-wipe ya and they will all run rampant.  He also has the lowest HP of any mob, where the Reaver has the most HP. Kill order is from left to right, Ravager, Prophet, Reaver.  Can be single tanked, and we have killed it with as little as 9k dps.  Order was your only problem. <div></div>

<P>start with ravager, burn it down fast, coz it has memwipe.</P> <P>go after to the prophet, coz he has heals.</P> <P>reaver has only hp, and he is a piece of cake, if the other 2 r dead.</P>

3 grouped it last night. We usually have an off tank on the Prophet and burn him first due to heals. Other two stayed on MT. Only casualty was a conj who attacked before all the mobs got there hehe. <div></div>

The Reaver is just a glorified tank mob.  I've done it Ravager first and Prophet first, but Reaver should always be last.

Yup raveger has Brigand abilities and mem wipes, its alot easier when he dies first.
