<DIV>Anyone know why the Clock in QH has changed? Are there any other stealthy changes occuring to the zones?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Before Frostfell, there was a massive cog on the back of the clock (the side away from the bank and nearest to the docks). Then the tree was there (the clock must have been inside the tree as I could still hear it chiming! lol). Now the clock is back - missing the big cog.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Before you wonder how I noticed - I have created a long series of quests for my guild involving going around Qeynos and actually finding, or counting zone furniture - and this cog (which had some VERY interesting writing on it that I'm not going to reveal as it's a major part of my quest) was an absolutely critical part in the quest.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I thought at first that although my graphics are pretty high (and haven't changed) maybe SOE bumped it to the highest level graphics to reduce lag - but I've checked, and it isn't so....</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>The cog is simply GONE. Did the Gnomes in Steamfont come over and raid QH one late night? Did the Frostfell Elves take it back with them to Wonderland as payment for the fun...?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Or has the Overlord (Boo hiss) got dastardly plans for Klak'Anon...?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Seriously though - why? Is it coming back? please?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV><FONT color=#ff0000>Thoronve</FONT></DIV> <DIV>60 Ranger</DIV> <DIV>Kithicor</DIV> <DIV><Redemption></DIV>

I knew there was something different/wrong with it, but I just couldn't place it.  What an odd change!

<DIV>I never noticed it in any update notes or read anything on the forums about it, but it would appear Nettleville isn't so Hovelish anymore.  Could be my UI maybe?  But instead of Nettleville Hovel, it's just Nettleville on the zone in, bell, etc.  I didn't notice when the change happened, just caught my eye yesterday.</DIV>

<P>My guess is the Cog you are refuring to peaked though the tree so they removed it to get the tree in place, and as they don't add graphical elements into the game outside of Live Update its possable that they just removed the tree and not added back the cog, once the LU goes live I would check back and see if its back, I would bet it will be.</P> <P>Last year, what they did instead of removing the tree and puting the clock back up, was just have a number of Frostfell elfs stand around an undecorated version of the tree complaining about how the heck they were going to remove it... the clock came back complete at the next LU.</P>

Here's hoping LU31 brings a bunch of gnomes to repair the clock...hehe <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></P> <P><FONT color=#ff0000>Thoronve</FONT></P>
