I two-box a Bruiser and a Fury. I've been enjoying the drop rates of stuff like RoV, RE, and Obelisk. I can take on blue named fairly easily and even handle adds. I'll probably head to SolEye and PF just for the named AA. The problem is that most of the gear in the old world zones is level 40ish, and next to nothing is higher than 45. I guess its sort of a dry spell. I really dont want to hunt level 50 heroic mobs that drop gear I'll outlevel in 2-3 levels. Now that I'm in the low 50's (50 and 51) what is there for getting T6 gear? I would assume Clefts, but honestly I never saw any named up when I was there in the past, maybe because of something like invis Wizzy's soloing them, but I dont know - we saw that on the few rare occasions when one was up - nothing like clearing a room of trash to get to the named and out pops an wizzy from nowhere and encounter locks it. (Nothing against wizzys )The market definitely reflects it - There are plenty of Fury masters 20-47 but almost none after that until T7. Occasionally I'll see an overpriced T6 master there but hardly anything else. Obviously people are probably just trying to burn through T6 content or that the drop rate is just really bad. Next to no legendary/fabled gear either on the broker either. Plenty of T5 and T7 stuff thats good. And of course the typical T6 instances are out of the question - obviously not going to be doing Roost, Poet's Palace or anything for a while.Living Tombs has too many solo mobs, never saw any good drops there, and Silent City is still way too high. What about this Klak'Anon place? I've explored the entrance, but thats about it. I didn't go past the heroic trash. Is there enough good loot chances in there for it to be worthwhile? Better than Sol Eye / PF ? How are the farmers?Any other ideas? Thanks!agressiv³

Thought about Cazic-Thule?Sol Eye might be a good bet. I've not actually be in, since it was revamped, when it conned to me... but I've been in a fair amount when everything was grey... and there are boatload of names in there. When you were in Clefts, were you just on the ground level, or did you do the quest and get elevator access? There a lot more names up top, and unlike the bottom level mobs, they are true Heroics, so should drop better look than the ^ names on the bottom.Honestly, I've never really looked for a lot of loot at those levels... I am always just pushing for levels, and Living Tombs and Silent City are great for that... and SC has some pretty good loot, a nice little named loop to run while popping the heroic spectres for the XP.--Plague

For T6 gear I'd suggest doing the instances in DoF.

In SS there is The Cache and The Sanitorium. In Clefts there is The Roost off level 3 (though be a bit hard for a 55 duo) and the Dust something, its off of level 2. As another poster said there are alot of named in Clefts proper as well. There are a few instances in PoF, but most are high 50's, SC as you said is your best bet there. Living Tombs has some nice areas, the 3rd chamber (Statues I think) has a nice area across from where you jump down into the pool. The raised area directly across from the pool has 3 unique named if I remember right and one of them (the dervish) can spawn in all 3 of the dervish groups, I think they are all level 54. There are also a few more named in that chamber and of course other named in the previous chambers, the Fury can invis you through alot of stuff.

Aluvius

There's no reliable farm for T6 masters which is why they're so rare.

I soloed named in Klak'Anon and Clefts thoroughly with my Necro (as in, 10+ total clears of all named in the zone), and the only drops were legendary (entirely wood chests in clefts, but quite a few pearls via the key quests). It seems your best bet for masters in both these zones is in a group with lots of DPS clearing trash.

Scornfeather yields some nice fabled items, but I only got 2 masters in about 10 clears, and one of those was from the trash (compared to about 3 fabled immovable barbutes, 2 aegis of scorn, and 2 crimson rock targes). The other soloable instances, Hidden Cache, Vaults of Dust and Sanctorium, have a very, very low master drop rate. Mines of Meldrath similarly has fabled items from the named but seldom masters.

Poets Palace has about a 15% chance of a T6 master per clear in my experience, and is really your best bet for them. Need to be 62ish to duo it though.

50-55 is a good level range to start doing quests in Tenebrous Tangle (basket quests, scaleborn quests). The money is pretty good and scaleborns usually drop armor -- but unfortunately much of it is not usable until you are 62 or 63.The mobs in TT start at 55 and are primarily 56-58 on the first island which should be duoable for you.

How are you different from "the farmers?" You're dual-boxing searcing for metal chests that you don't have to share with anyone...it's alluring, I know. I know all the zones you talk about, the progression from FG to RoV to RE to Obelisk is a rich progression. After that, it gets harder.

CT is a tough zone for a duo. Solusek's Eye sucks too. So does PF. If you're after metal boxes. And, as far as I can tell, it does NOT get better anywhere in T6 or T7. Until you're 70 and fabled up from raiding. Then you can hunt the names in Bonemire along with a ton of other people and get 1-2 metal boxes an hour if you're lucky.
