I'm no where near the level to make use of the exp yet, but how does the whole majul thing work pvp wise on a pve server and is it used often by players? I suspect both alignment can rent rooms in majul but I never see brokers listed from there, can you not sell from that city?

Maybe the majority of players just don't want to live there anymore. It seems like a bit of a pain of a place to live in.

So someone with a three-room Maj'Dul house will have his or her sales crate there, but will be considered a "Freeport market" or a "Qeynos market" or a "Kelethin market" seller.

As an aside, Maj'Dul is a wonderful XP spot. The guards of the opposing courts are easy to kill, & the Tears Grifter quests are fun, & give decent rewards. The court guards can occasionally have decent VT bodydrops, & always faction coins to turn in.

It's especially fun for Rogues, because there are tons of opportunities for pickpocketing

I sell from there using consignment and I actually prefer the neutral faction to living in Qeynos or Freeport, as it actually facilitates selling with salesman crates far better because I'm not gonna run from freeport to qeynos (or vice versa) and risk death from the guards (74x4) to buy something when I can hop on 2 carpets and get to MajDulAs far as PvP in the arena there, people do it from time to time...most prefer dueling on the docks in SS. There's nothing like killing 5 hours watching 2 mystics duel. :smileyvery-happy:

Thaych, I'm interested in moving to Maj'Dul now.

Are there any good 3 to 5 room houses there?

Additionally,Gaining citizenship in MajDul gives you another Call Spell, Call of RoEver been somewhere and need to call home but your CoTO or CoQ has another 45 minutes before you can use it? Just pop off your Call of Ro and click a couple carpets. :smileywink:

It's only a 3 room, but I get 4 slots to sell from and 4 in the house vault, and the rooms are brightly lit and spacious.
