How do I get to Shimmering Citadel?

I've been searching the forum for the answer, and I'm only getting more confused.  I'm reading that I have to do a series of quests for access to Poet's Palace, starting with the Master's Museum, and then I will get a carpet and a mirror that will take me to Shimmering Citadel.  But in reading about the Master's Museum quest, the npc who starts the quest is in Shimmering Citadel.  So, without using someone else's carpet or asking someone to port me there with their mirror, how can I get there in order to start the quests that will get me the carpet and mirror?<div></div>

<div></div>The entrance to the zone is on the eastern stinging island in the Pillars of Flames (the one with the naga's). There is a small cave with a floating mirror(its the cave with Qadira the Naga in it), that mirror will take you to the Shimmering Citadel. You do get the carpet for your house that takes you to Shimmering Citadel when you do the Poet's Palace access quest series. <div></div><p>Message Edited by Delowen on <span class=date_text>01-17-2007</span> <span class=time_text>09:00 PM</span>

<P>There is also an access quest for Shimmering Citadel. It either starts from Zeke Two Tones in Maj'Dul or his diary that is on the same island as the portal mirror to Shimmering Citadel. (can't remember which one starts the quest)</P> <P>The reward is the mirror that ports you to shimmering citadel.</P>
