Commonlands bell?

The bells in Commonlands are for citizens of Freeport only.  Same as the bells in Antonica are for citizens of Qeynos.

Last time I went to Qeynos, the only option the bells would give me is "Travel outside Qeynos". I'm a freeport citizen on a PvE server.<div></div>
