Loping plains towers?

<DIV>Does anyone out there know what the horns in the looping plains towers are for? I got the mouth piece for the west tower and i blew the horn and it popped a named. I killed him but nothing. I also noticed he is the same named that is described in all the notes that are found on the tables at the tops of the towers. i got the mouth piece farming ghost for it in the zone. took me awhile to get it.
