View Full Version : Castle Mistmore permanent group splits

While it had been mentioned briefly in another post before the OP was shouted at to shut up - Mistmore Castle has two respawn points with no option to choose - this results in split groups with half an hour downtime while the tank finds his way back through catacombs and loping plains...Working as intended SOE?<div></div>

Yeah I was gonna post on that other thread. While 2 respawn points is not bad they need to have a grey area where you can select either or. This grey area doesn't have to be the whole zone but as it is now there is a fine line somewhere in the dungeon and if your group dies on it you end up half at the enterance and half at the catacombs. It makes the zone kinda annoying and does *not* make it more challenging.

Either you hit the fine line - which we managed to do way too often... Or the tank or a healer falls and somebody hits evac - splitting the group since evac always brings you to the main entrance...<div></div>

Just don't die. That's a wonderful solution. :smileytongue: Way esier said than done for the majority of the players in this game. For those that want to take risks and challenge content that they have a good chance of dying too this issue turns what could be an enjoyable challenging zone into an exersise in wasting time waiting for group members to get back. Needs to be updated. :smileyvery-happy:

<DIV>I agree, I've mentioned this problem before, specifically I've seen it happen in the southern room of the basement.  They should either re-look at where the dividing lines are for repawn points, give the option of either respawn point, or make the entrance the only spawn point.</DIV>
