I can understand it being harder but this seems a bit extreme to me. My guild wants to progress but this is a brick wall that we won't be able to get through. I had thought SOE tuned this zone but if they have it really needs to some looking into. If the cold dot was just applied to the tank then its doable... but the whole grp just can't hold up to that kind of incoming damage. Or maybe we just suck... I dunno... its possible :smileyhappy:</DIV>

We tried right after EoF came out, and could only get him to 20 or 30 percent. Today..smooth as silk, he went down well. So can't comment on Gornaire, but just based on that Talendor seems to be back to about pre-EoF difficulty.</P> <P> </P> <P> </P>

<P>If by normal, you mean Pre-EoF - the answer is no. As of 12/02, he still has about double the hitpoints he had before EoF. His adds also have move hitpoints, and the trash is 2.5 to 2.7 from thier pre-EOF days of 1.9 to 2.0 million HP.</P>

Did the expansion suddenly double the DPS of everyone, so where's the justification for this?As it stands now the AoA dragons are a huge roadblock in progression for casual guilds, leaving DT stupidly difficult.

<P>I can verify this as of 12/5. trash mobs had about 2.6M HPs for the encounter and talendor was looking at about 3M and hitting A LOT harder. Even his adds had more HPs.</P> <P>Seems silly to nerf KoS gear then go and make a mob twice as hard as it was before.</P>

We took talendor down on friday. It wasn't to bad took us maybe 3 or 4 pulls but we got him eventually. Just have to be sure your not getting tons of adds and you should be ok.<div></div>

any tips on taking him down? he's become a real roadblock since EOF and its getting to be VERY frustrating.
<div></div>We did Gorenaire easily on 12/7. Trash had 2.6 mil, Gorenaire had 3.3 mil. However, Gorenaire was still a total pushover that myself in offensive and a brawler alternated tanking.Numbers aside, it seemed just as easy and stupidly high hp trash as I remember before EoF. /shrug, can't speak for Talendor though.<div></div>

We tried Talandor about 2 weeks ago, did not succeed. Trash I remember was always high HP's so not sure if they have more, but it took forever to kill them. And we have been in DT for a couple months.
