Well I don't know about you guys, but every time we go into freethinkers the first mob gets bugged out. We can barely get him past 95%. On the other hand MiS is going well.

Mobs are a little harder in Freethinkers, but i think freethinkers is easier than CWF. At least from our guild first run threw both.

Freethinkers isn't bugged, the encounters just require new strategies that haven't currently been in the game before making people give up and just think its bugged. Each named my guild has encountered has had a very unique strategy that takes a few attempts to learn and work out.

No, freethinkers can get bugged. We had one go at the non bugged shredder mob where he was porting every once in a while and that's it. We got this version down to 30% or so before wiping. Next thing you know he's dropping multiple vases and porting 8 people at once. That's the bugged version.

From what I've seen the bugged version is pretty much unkillable. In Mistmoore's inner sanctum it's been easier for us (no bugged mobs). The first name takes coordination too but is doable. He has some nasty specials too but there are ways to counter them. Unlike a bugged freethinkers were he's hitting for 2k autoattack and 2k dps just from vases.

The freethinkers bug has something to do with there being multiple guilds in the zone. I'm on Kithicor so there is pretty much multiple guilds in each zone every night so we're always getting a bugged instance.

Btw, it's clockwork menace factory. If you're going to use an abbreviation use CMF.

Message Edited by mikemcmodmike on 11-27-2006 03:44 PM

I finally found out the problem and just fixed it. What was happening was when Zylphax would reset (by a wipe or broken encounter), his timer for his vase drops kept going. So when attacked again, he would start another timer along with the first. Sorry for the delay in finding this it was fairly obscure, but it should be working on the next update after today. So until then, just don't die . Thanks.

Inner Sanctum named should be significantly harder than every named in FTH, imho. Right now that entire zone is a joke except for Mayong.
I don't know, I think the difficulty is just fine the way it is. I mean after all these zones are for gearing up. They aren't meant to be boss mobs. They're meant to be difficult but provide drops to gear up to take boss mobs. In that they're right in line imo.

Thanks Arathym, what a unique bug. That must of been a pain to figure out. Glad you were able to correct it.
