I went to Steamfont though and got a lot of "You have discovered", but I got no AXP from it, just a smidge of normal xp.</P> <P> </P>

My first trip through BB yielded one discovery (for which I did get AAxp) but I basically just went north along the shore than into Greater Faydark. GF, Loping Plains, Steamfont, Lesser FDark all yielded a more typical number of exploration discoveries with AAxp for each of them. (Went from 50 AAs to 53 and 70% just on discoveries.)-Will<div></div>

I got ap exp for discoveries in all the zones, but there is many more points of discovery in the higher zones than in the lower lvl ones.

<DIV>In BB there is only 1 place i have found that gives AA disco xp and that was the chessboard. The other areas seem to have more disco xp.</DIV>

>>>In BB there is only 1 place i have found that gives AA disco xp and that was the chessboard. The other areas seem to have more disco xp.<<<There are 2 or 3 more, but you have to climb to get to them, or go into dead-end valleys. Many/most of the discovery spots don't appear to be on the main paths -- you have to go out of your way to get to them.<div></div>

Basically in regards to discovery, if you go off the main paths you're more likely to be rewarded. That pretty much goes for all the new zones.

In beta there was a lot more EXP discovery areas, but they pulled out like 90% of them on release.I liked those, it's one of the things you can do while waiting for a group... or finish off the last of a level.<div></div>
