New Servers?

<DIV>Either merging or bringing new ones, where can it be found if a new server is to be brought up soon? Heard vague rumors of a merger and others of a new pvp server with some new ruleset. merge happened almost a year ago....there is a massive need for a merge on european pvp servers but other than that population is fine. for opening a new server.... that wont happen... even though a ffa pvp server would rock.... but well... that will prolly never happen...<div></div>

<P>What he's asking about is whether there is a particular forum or other place we should look to for official information about new servers and server merges and if there is, where would that be.  I had several characters on Everfrost when it was merged and I recall that the merges were announced well in advance and the announcements were easy to find.  However some of the specifics (such as resolution of name conflicts) were not as easy to find and required a great deal of sifting through forums posts and monitoring of certain threads to track the frequent rules changes.</P> <P>For a couple of months now we've been hearing that there might be a progressive (e.g., back to the days of zone access quests or something similar) PvP server coming out and we've been trying to track down the source of this rumor.  We've listened to the most recent Podcast and didn't hear anything in there, although someone we trust said he thought that was where he'd heard it.</P> <P>So if anyone knows where such information might be made available, we'd love to get a URL or link or even just a hint.</P> <P>Rhiannon</P>

if its not in official announcments ection of the forums its not finally decided and made officialy public yet. everything else is rumor or if comming form the dev's not finally decided.<div></div>
