<DIV>can you no longer access the tower from outside of it? is there no longer a quest to get into the tower? I have just recently returned from a long break, did i miss something here?</DIV>

<P>Upon zoning from any location other than Feerrott, you are brought into the caverns outside of the Obelisk. Immediately in front of you, you will see a decaying skeleton at your feet. Examine the skeleton (or perhaps it was a scroll near it, it's been a while) and receive a quest to kill a series of named Shadowmen. From this point you must travel about the cavern, killing the groups of Shadowmen (EQ2Maps has specific group locations) until you spawn and kill each of the named on your quest list. Once this has been completed, you may access the inside of the Obelisk. </P> <P>On a seperate note, the access quest needed to enter Obelisk via Feerrott has been removed. So until you can find and kill all of your named Shadowmen, utilize the portal cloud there to enjoy the depths of the Obelisk itself.</P>
