Zones & Friends List query

<DIV>OK got a question about the friends list and zones.....</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I can see where my friends are using the / all "friend name" command, however occasionally when I call up my friends list via the "Y" option, they have their name listed, but not the zone they are in. After a while this gets fixed & the blank cloumn disppaears, to be replaced by the zone name.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>What is causing this? Is it because they are LD - or zoning?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Please remember that while I cant see the zone they are in on the frinds list, I can see where they are via the / all "friend name" command</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Cheers</DIV>

They're probably zoning./who always shows a zone (if the person isnt RP or ANON) -- it shows the one they're zoning into, in fact.But I think the friends list only shows their zone when they're actually in the zone -- not while in the process of zoning. I think it has to do with the fact that /who is querying where the person is, while the friends list is only trying to maintain a list of where they are (possibly updating when they finish zoning in?).<div></div>
