"The Caves" Tier 2 zone?

It's been a T1/T2 zone for as long as I can remember.  Some T1 mobs on the first floor, T2 on the 2nd and 3rd floors.<div></div>

For harvesting, it's considered T1, mob level is high T1-low T2, similar to Rivervale and The Feerrott, which are T4-T5 transistional zones or Sinking Sands, which is T5 - T6.<div></div>
