AOA X4 help

<DIV>Hello our guild tried this raid and was wondering where is the best place to pull the dragon, and when do the adds spawn( the littel ice things), and do the adds have a power drain.. Also the teleport for the tank seems to us when the tank got TP to anywhere on the spawn floor of the dragon adds came.  We tryed to ignore the adds and worry about the dragon, casue all our tanks where taunting the dragon, but the adds mana drained the healers =P.. SO any sugestions.. there is no info on this zone..</DIV>

This mob is easy, if you have right team. You need one plate tank, and 2-3 monks/bruisers. So if they are teleported, they can jump and quickly run back. Plate tank need to wait for elevator <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> All tanks need to focus on taking dragon very quickly after teleport. If dragon run to the rest of ppl, there is 90% chances for wipe.Pull it under the wall. Then, mezz all adds and kill Gorenaire slowly. In these way, there will be less teleports. This strat works for us.<div></div>

Well if she is supposed to hit for 6k max then she is bugged because there is also the rarer, but still occuring 11k+ hit we are taking while in there.He is not debuffed and she is not buffed when it happens, its always Icy Breath, and its semi-rare... we were taking to long to kill her, and by a few min in we get it every few fights.I thought they removed the critical hits from epic named special attacks, but it seems like thats exaxtly what happens.<div></div>

Resists seem too low for a start, 5700 miti and 7400 cold for the MT is not good enough really. <div></div>

It's plenty for Gorenaire though.Didn't notice any big hits like described when we did it with a tank with similar stats to that. Well, two tanks with similar stats to that. Maybe just bad luck on the OP's part.<div></div>

While 5700 mitigation is a little low, 7400 in a resist puts you well beyond the resist cap vs a 74th level epic(x4) mob.  As a matter of fact, 6500 is enough to cap you unless the mob debuffs the resistance in question.

I've seen shots for 9k cold off Gorenaire before.  I think it's the elemental debuff though, but I'm not sure.  We think the tank gets debuffed for elemental resists and then the icy breath goes off on the tank.
