Anyways he asks me to buy plat.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Needless to say i spent about the next 5 hours pulling suff waiting for one of the mages to hit ae and Feign Death. I know there are tons of threads concerning this subjuect but I saw something new (at least for me).On the evertfrost server there is a bot that runs around in the sinking sands harvesting rock nodes. If you follow this guy you will notice that he runs in the same pattern visiting the same nodes over and over. He is allways there (so far two weeks every day). I have petitioned about him a few times now but yet he is still running around out there.Maybe someone from sony will see this and take it to the next step.

I can list a number of things more entertaining that I would rather have done. One of them is eating broken glass.</P> <P>Botting isn't bad on Butcherblock. I will say this for SOE : once they ban a group of them, there are 5 more leveling up on the Isles. It's an endless cycle that's been around since release and will persist until the game dies. <DIV>That's funny. I was guiding a group in RoV the other day and ran into a bot group farming the Tempered Clay Guardian. The bot kept clearing the room and I kept ganking the named when it popped. My group couldnt stop laughing every time we screwed them over. We actually got about 4 master chests from all the fun! If it had been just someone multi boxing, I would have known right away because he would have spammed us with remarks for stealing his mobs. He just sat there though. All the members of the group were guildless and with obvious bot names. Many times we passed by and the group had wiped laying around on the ground. I'm ok with multi boxing also. I know people that 2 or 3 box but 6 box? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Get real. Multi-boxing isn't against the rules, and it doesn't sound like the RoV group was doing anything particularly disruptive.<div></div>

<DIV>i dont know in a way i fell soe brought it on them selves by havein people sell plat...  if u have a sever where u have about 5000 players with about say 600 of those players are assassins or wizzards ... and now if Decapitate or Ice Nova Master 1 drops only twice on that server, if it dosent stay in guild for a member it will be sold for over 100 plate becuase it is <STRONG><EM><U>SO</U></EM></STRONG> rare... its something i think we all learned in school "supply and demand".. so thats where the plat sellers come in if u dont craft to sell for gold/plat.. what do u do... you really really want that spell and someone has it for sale.. 110 plat...most plat u ever seen is 30 plat ... and u know once that spell is sold u might not see another one till next expansion.... what do u do...</DIV>

I also don't buy plat. Its not Sony's fault how the economies set themselves up on each server. That is entirely player set, Sony has no influence aside from drop rates.</P> <P>P.S. <hr size="2" width="100%">Its not Sony's fault how the economies set themselves up on each server. That is entirely player set, Sony has no influence aside from drop rates. <hr size="2" width="100%">SOE controls both the supply of goods and supply of currency, which gives them a huge influence on how the economy sets itself up. <div></div>
