Harclaves .. In Sundered Splitpaw..

Being able to kill more then one thing at a time and get experience at a decent rate was soo cool. Harclave's Inmbuing spirit healed the heck out of me, helped me do dps and made the actual quest enjoyable.... Yeah, You slowed it right down - I personally don't see the point of it, if we can only use it every 8 hours. So what. A casual player could log on, do that one instance and make about 1/3 of a level for an hours work. Not to bad when you have  whopping to hours to play some nights.</DIV> <DIV><BR>But enough about  that. I'd just like to say, Hey can you make it just a tiny bit more enjoyable - it's the one thing i now dread for proving my worth. But i have it easy. I can literarily <STRONG><EM>sneak my way though</EM></STRONG> the entire quest. I can, Stealthed, Light all the brasiers, Move all the objects, And sneak to the king. Kill him, and the 1 group that is with him, Sneak to the lower tunnels, move what i need to move while stealthed to get the detonation barrels, and then sneak my way to the end boss, - still steathed mind you, move all the required boxes that i have to move to get to the last boss, and then kill him while standing on his little shelf. I think i can probably clear that zone in  under 10 minutes. Though i have to say, now that it's done, I'm never going to do it again, even if it is redicously easy exp.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Why? Because it isn't fun. I'm not a power grinder, power gamer or anything like that. I can have a green ^^^ giant, see me while stealthed and chase me down with all of his party and kill me, (even though he's what 40 feet tall, and i fit between the cracks in his sandels?) but a yellow ^^^ whatever plays can't see me, even if i'm tweaking thier bones/chitin/ectoplasm/whatever. (You rouges, Try it some time, You can litterally take the heroic path on normal difficulty and still get where your going... with out being seen)</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Or if your just feeling sneaky. <P>You miss one of the biggest things about stealthing through content... sure you might be able to sneak through the entire zone, kill 10 mobs and win, but what do you get for loot? Not much, not that there is a lot in there to begin with since it was nerfed beyond "fun". At least you can get through it, my lvl 43 Monk with all adept I+ skills and legendary gear cant get past the shroom king. The heal has never gone off every time I've tried it with my monk. My swashy gets the same thing, no heals, Wizard gets healed and my Necromancer was able to get through, so I'm pretty sure its a design thing.</P> <P>Now, I do believe the zone was too much when it first came out, people were living in the zone flooding the market with adept I scrolls and levelling a LOT faster than they could have in the real world, but it is so crippled now I only do the one because its one of 3 I can usually do to earn favor and get my shard/skill/spell. If you go into Splitpaw now its a ghosttown, before it was nerfed to heck there were usually a few people in there every time I went, I may see one other person every 5th time now. Even now the upper tunnels are worse for drops and experience. Right after Harclave was nerfed I would go through the upper tunnels killing the yellow con solo mobs on medium difficulty and could at least make decent experience and get a fair amount of loot, the last few times I've done so the experience seemed very low and I might leave with 1-2 decent items instead of the 5-8 for a trip through before.</P>

Did it deveral times last 2 weeks with level 50 and my HP was always above 10k. I would assume you either did something wrong or your UI is buggy.<div></div>

It's based on your starting hp entering the zone, just like the MoA Trial 3 buff.

Still, it can be quite easy if one is not after the loot and the extra XP by clearing out the zone.</div>

The only down side is i hit run (It's linked to my scroll wheel) when trying to put the board down to cross to the mushrooms... Weee. Good thing for safe fall...</P> <P>Personally i don't think Splitpaw is worth it anymore, and will most likely be avoiding it in the future. There's much better, revamped zones with awesome loot out there now then this adventure pack provides.</P> <P>-B-</P>
