RoV loot quesiton

<DIV>I see people always talking about the great loot since they redid the loot tables in RoV. Is this really only for nameds? If so, is there a pattern people use to kill in there? Do the nameds pop quickly?</DIV>

<P> </P> <P>The best loot of course drops of the named like the Book of Death, Book of life and the other names that can be spawned by killing their place holders. Most of the named can be spawned rather predicably. </P>
