I have a lot of alts in their low 40's and so do a few of my mates. All 4 T5 dungeons have been upgraded, killing nameds in there gives the best chance of masters, none of the t5 instances have been touched and still drop the same loot they did when the game came out. For new stuff and higher master rate go to CT, Permafrost, Solueks Eye or the Oblisk.
