Okay so let me get this straight...

Deathtoll...To gain access u get this quest by jumping off a cloud onto a island and getting this quest.Then u have to talk to naggy or something with an Arbiter and kill the 4 dragons that r all powerfull and stuff. Then u get to go into Deathtoll and kill the necro dragon...Is that right or am i completely wrong?
