<div></div>As far as I know, the Char'Gin offer absolutely nothing.  It seems they were suppose to have more meaning in the original design of DoF but were abandonded due to whatever reason the devs had.  There was a lot taken out of the DoF expansion and there were many cuts made.  My opinion is that the Char'Gin was one of these cuts.
