Where is the zone downtime information??

<div>I have seen it before, but cannot seem to find it now. Is Najena down or is my comp broken again? Is there a schedule to when it will be back up? When I look at most of the topics on the forum boards and try to figure out where the Server Status information might be, why is it so difficult to find out server status and downtime schedules?</div>
