Why are T5 contested the only things to give status?

<div></div><blockquote><hr>NoNameChosen wrote:<div>Several mobs in tier 7 give very nice status ...</div><hr></blockquote>By several, you mean like 4 I suppose.  Compared to T5, where there are 3 mobs daily for 2k status, a mob every 2 days for 2k, a mob every 6 days for 2k, another mob for 2k every 8 days.  Then 7 x2 contested which give 12k every 6-12 days, an x3 contested which gives 12k every 6-12 days, then another 6 x4s that give 12k every 6-12 days.  Then another zone which has a 12k mob, and 6 or 7 2k mobs doable every 6 days.  And didn't Brutal/Acts of War give 2k status each as well?
