<div></div><div>I wanted to say that I think its only fair that any lockout timers created during times when the servers go down like this should be reset..... These hotfixes with only 10 minute warnings are just crazy. This is the second time in the past couple months where this has really affected my guild. The first time was right after server merge when Befallen was taken down at about 8:30pm or so....coincidentally we had just popped one of the dragons for access to PPR. And we lost our scale to pop the dragon and were denied multiple times by what Sony supposedly calls "Customer Service" for any kind of re-imbursement for the scale.</div><div> </div><div>Tonight, we were in taking down Darathar for some guildmates and alts that never got their Prismatic 1.0.... We were inside of the zone...had just gotten to Darathar when we got the 10 minute warning...now are locked out for another 6 days.</div><div> </div><div>Do something right this time and reset the timers. Don't let your player base suffer for problems that should have been resolved on Test server. After all...isn't that what the Test server is for?</div><div> </div><div><strong>Despaired</strong></div><div><font size="1">69 Fury</font></div><div><strong>Tynee</strong></div><div><font size="1">65 Warlock</font></div><div><strong>Befallen Server</strong></div><p>Message Edited by Despair on <span class="date_text">03-23-2006</span><span class="time_text">11:17 PM</span></p>

<div></div><div>/agree /agree /agree</div><div> </div><div>i mean this affects everyone and when you are working on an important objective at PEAK play time and have to deal with a reboot from a buggy LU it's just unacceptable</div><div> </div><div>but this will probably just go away.. no way they can reset timers on all instanced zones anyway.. suxors though</div>

There should have been little question that the servers were going to come down based on all the problems they were having. Thats one reason we decided to stay out of the instanced zones last night.

<div></div><p>Simply for the fact that we had it planned.....Nevertheless, having the servers come down with only a 10 minute warning was quite insufficient.....Usually they give like an hour...but these past two times they have given a 10 minute warning. There is no way that SoE couldn't have informed us sooner. If we would have had a 30 or 60 minute warning we would have never gone in.</p><p>-Despaired</p><p> </p>

I dont blame you for being ticked, if I was at the end of say the egg about to do the final mob and the servers came down Id be pretty ticked right now too. I do agree as i said earlier that the least they should do is reset the zone timers.
