<div></div>We ran into this same problem the other night while AA hunting.  Ported my 43 inquis in with his splitpaw shard, but then could not enter any of the quest zones because it said "Must be level 45 to enter"  /bugged it, and hopefully we will hear something soon.  I dont know if its relevant to the bug or not, but the other group members were all mentoring him in order to be low enough to get credit for the kills.
