Runnyeye-Consisten lag spikes?

I havnt been to RE in a while, but it sure as hell happens in othe zones on Blackburrow.. it seems like Halls of Fate is one of those zones, like 1 second delay on spell casting time :-<div></div>

<div>Ah, well the kind of lag spikes imt alking about are around 2-5 second lag spikes. Average is 3 or so seconds. Everyone freezes. spells stop casting, then all the damage apepars and it wont spike for maybe another half minute or so.</div>
