Curious: Where does that door go to on Fear Tainted Island

Anyone know?   There is a massive door (similar to what zones you to Sanctum of the Scaleborn) right on "Fear Tainted Island" in Tenebrous Tangle.    I'm dying to know where that leads and how I can activate it <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /><div></div>
