Shady Swashbuckler?

Hey, quick question...How do I buy equipment from the Shady Swashbuckler in Nektolos at the Docks? I have the coin, but I can't seem to buy anything from him.I'm from Freeport if that means anything?Thanks in advance!!

I believe he will only sell items for the heritage quests you completed, I think it is sort of a safety in case you lose any of the items.<div></div>

<div></div><p>Yes he only sells back the heritage quests that you have completed. This is so incase you accidently sold a heritage item to a vendor you can buy it back. You can not buy items that you haven't completed the quest.</p>
