<div></div>I thought he'd maybe got bugged and fallen through the world, so I went back to hand in the prayer book after server up today and he's still not there.  If he's not showing on other servers then it sounds like he's been manually despawned.

He's still missing on Blackburrow after having respawned on other servers.Our server had an extra 10+ hours of downtime thanks to overpopulation.  Came up nearly an hour after everyone else the other day.  Still crashes from time-to-time.  And now, we're being artificially restrained.  Fix this stuff.  Its pathetic.<div></div>

He's up on MOST servers, according to Moorgard in a PM to me, but a few they are having issues with.If that is the case, why aren't GM's allowed to spawn the NPC so the very few servers still experiencing this issue can progress?  Is our 30 bucks for this expansion not as good as everyone elses?  I just don't get it.  We paid for this, other servers are getting it, you refuse to do the 1 minute of work per nonfunctioning server to allow us all to enjoy the little amount of raid content that this expansion has given us.  Its not even unreasonable.  This is a completely reasonable request!come on SOE.  Show that you at least give a copper or two.<div></div>

<div></div>How hard would it be to let a GM spawn these mobs?  It's not like it's a massive undertaking or anything, and it's not like they don't have the power, I've seen them spawn mobs before.  Come on, there's no reason to keep him down when other servers still have him up.
