Blackscale Sepulcher steward ring broken.

<div>Yesterday my guild succeeded in this little ring. We controlled the steward one by one with mezz until we got the fourth then manage to kill them fast. We got the named and killed him without much of a difficulty.</div><div>Today, we made the exact same thing, but named do not spawn. We manage to do this with root this time, since we didn't got any mezz in group, and do it 4 time. Each time, the four steward were killed in less than 15sec, but no named spawn. We though maybe we didn't understood something the first time so try again, killing the mobs all over the room several time, as it is in den of the devourer, but nothing happen. Seem this ring is a little broken.</div><div>Our group line up was: inqui 65, berser 66, assass 63, troub 64, conju 66, warden 63.</div>

<div></div>Same happened first time i went in there. Was told the requirements from guildies who were with me that had done it.We repeated the event four times. Was broken for us...we killed all 4 with one nuke after holding them at 5% health.   No name popped for us.<div></div>

<div>We tried the mez strategy tonight, but no named spawned for us.  Annoying to spend so much time clearing the zone, only to find that you can't spawn the named.  Please fix this bug.</div>

I was with a group that did this event last night.  It didnt work the first two times in spawning the name but it did work the third time.  We didnt use any different strategy on the last time than we had on the previous two.   I am guessing that each time the ring is completed there is a chance to spawn the name.  It isnt ensured.  If he doesnt spawn, you have to rinse and repeat. <div></div>

<div></div>I was wondering if it might have something to do with hailing the dragon before heading to the ring event. Maybe if you dont hail the dragon and try to pop the named on the ring event it wont work.Anyways just a thought.

<div></div><p>This has been bugged and brought up here on the forums a number of times and no response yet. I don't know if this is a random spawn after killt he stewards, or something is busted but I've done it the mezz way, the root way, and the beat on the tank way. All 3 ways work, but not consistently. We kill them withing 5 seconds of each other, and sometimes it'll work, sometimes it won't pop the named.</p><p>However, on every successfully killing the zone lights up as if it was a success, but the named don't pop and you cannot get your quest from the dragon.</p><p>My advice: Until we can word on this from the devs or the community mods, just keep doing it the way that it's known to work and pray that you get the named.... works about 50% of the time for us.</p>

The first 3 times I did it was with hailing the dragon first. Last night did not hail the dragon, and the named spawned just fine. Another guild group had issues with the named not spawning. So there's something wrong, but it looks very odd in occuring.
