North Freeport - New Item Vendors

Hi,I've recently noticed five new vendors in NF (Fighter Supplier, Scout Supplier etc.). They have items that are quite nice<img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> and require Status. I mean...are they PVP rewards or guild rewards (i havent been in a guild yet so i dont know such stuff)?

the guild status items are most house items,some armor with no stats but has a sweet graphic.i have yet to find one of these pvp merchants =(<div></div>
