<DIV>Amongst this morning's Test server feedback report, there was a note from a high-level ranger. He said he was told by another player that feedback reports weren't being read by the dev team, so he was going to stop sending them. And he was going to tell other people on Test to stop sending them as well.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Obviously the only way I know this is because I saw it in the report we get each morning containing your /feedback reports on the game (as well as separate /bug and /typo reports). So I just wanted to remind everyone again that your comments really are read by the dev team on a daily basis, and that your continuing feedback is very important and valuable to us. We fix a *lot* of little things you guys mention that might otherwise be missed, and your reactions to bigger changes we make on your Test server are very much appreciated as well.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I know it's hard sometimes to see the value in /feedback and /bug since they're a one-way form of communication, but I just wanted to stress again how much the help you give means to us.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>So please, if you see someone claiming that those reports aren't read, set them straight... and encourage more players on Test to use the /feedback, /bug, and /typo features to let us know what we can make better. <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></DIV>

<DIV>Moorgaurd,</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>From me personally, this is good to know. It does get frustrating at times not knowing if our feedback or concerns are being lost in some black hole. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I would suggest that more interaction on this forum would go a long way to easing concerns.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Jaly</DIV> <DIV><BR></DIV>

Ditto everything Jaly said, both about it being nice to get the personal reminder, and that more contat is always good. <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /><div></div>
<P>Sorry for being a bit late on this but I just don't frequent the forums that much anymore.</P> <P>Things and people like above mentioned Highbie Ranger worry me. I do /feedback all the time, sometimes in rather rough words about things I don't like but often enough about things I really find great, too. I know from purrsonal experience that /feedback is read because a few times a month some kind of remark about it makes it back to me. </P> <P>On the other hand : I sure don't expect SoE to jump crosswise in circles to change things in the game just because I did a /feedback.</P> <P>I have always said: Please /feedback things you have a problem with or ideas that might make the game better. We got plenty of reaction to our criticism of Tier6 resources in Tier7 or our complaints about buffies and their equipment and money during the AP3 Test on Test Server.</P> <P>Seeing Moorgard speaking up in such an encouraging way sure hit's a tune with me and I hope with many other testers too.</P> <P>Purr~<BR>Test Server = priceless</P> <P>PS: /feedback_19947806 Please give us Troubadors a little, cuddlish bear pet that tanks nicely when we solo, warms our feet at night and dances whenever we play our tunes for friends.
