Draco Mortuus vos Liberatio - Heritage Quest

I have been working on this quest and I am stumped now. I am not finding this problem on the boards and perhaps it is just me or pertains to the changes.  I can't for the life of me look at the the 'fabled' Sinephobis's Instructions.. now what? Nothing happens when I examine them.  I collected all the items needed for the combine and my journal says to combine them in the forge deep in sanctum, well I am there and nothing happens.  No recipe in my book to make anything.  I have all the ingredients that I know of *I can't 'read' the Sinephobia's Instructions to see what else it is I need.* When I click on the forge, my recipe window pops up like at a normal tradeskill station, but there is nothing in the tradeskill window *no recipes*<div></div>
