Trade in for rare subs

I would like to know what to do with old subs as well.  I have a 43 provisioner who is stuck, because she spent levels 41 and 42 refining the crap out of her massive stacks of raws.  Now I have something like 140 refined pu-erh tea leaves that I can't make into tea.  Given that half the provisioner recipes are just old "interim" recipes moved to "final," it'd be nice at least if those would accept either raw or refined components.(Also, mushroom tea?  EEEWWWWW!)<div></div>
