it seems as iff there is now no way to get lvl 10+ crafting books from anywhere but inside haven. i have tried every crafting zone, and haven is the only place

Haha, of course, because those wouldn't have been in the wholesaler societies, they'd have been in the workshop societies... which are now closed.<div></div>
