<div>What is with Grey conning mobs attacking in Sol Eye?  Mainly the gnome ..... miners, diviners, tinkerers, etc.  The gnomes were all heroic level 46 or 47, singles or groups. </div><div> </div><div>I was solo with my ever faithful sidekick Lump, exploring the zone for the epic mobs and quests I may have missed, and a bit of work on an old heritage quest.  And these low life disrespectful gnomes had the gumption to attack me, a 60th order Conjuror.  This is most disrespectful of my beauty, poise, charming, and stunning personality.</div><div> </div><div>And several groups of the street urchins had the gull to remain invisible to my sight in the surrounding walls and floors, then attack me and my faithful servant.  All the while not showing themselves.  How rude of them!  Face me if you're going to attack me.  (At least then I can decide to run like the little girl I am for safety.)</div><div> </div><div>I can't help it if they died in the Shattering.  And it is not like they are guarding anything I would want.  Sheeesh ... They weren't even dropping and treasure chests (being grey conning mobs), and had acquired very little on their bodies for body loot to pay damage they did to my pretty robe and other property!</div><div> </div><div>OK, sure, I might have used a few of the gnomes or their relatives in a past life 400 or so years ago .... for dinner, sport, or entertaining Gnome Football ..... But that is in the past.  I've changed too!  I am no longer the dark elf I was ... but was reborn a High Elf !!!  I'm refined now ... and a Madam to boot.</div><div> </div><div>So If they are going to keep attacking me in Sol Eye, let them become green conning so can at least gain some minimal experience and their loots to pay for the damage and humiliation they caused me.  Or give those scum gnomes an Attitude adjustment, on who they may or may not attack without consequences. </div><div> </div><div>If not, I will be back to gather their ghostly skins ..... if only to have them woven into a robe of unparralled strength and magic!</div><div> </div><div> </div><div>(The preceding was brought to my attention by carrier bat)</div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div>Thanks</div><div> </div><div> </div><div>Dye</div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div>

<div></div><p>They've been doing this ever since the new quests and zone revisions went into Solusek's Eye. Notice though - if grey, they don't attack you, it's your pet, and they'll do so from about double the usual aggro range.</p><p>And yeah, this was happening to me this morning as well, as a 64 Necromancer. First time heading into Solusek's Eye since the changes, because I'd heard that there were aggro problems with pets in there. It seems the stories were true.</p><p>The ghostly gnomes in there are attacking any mobs that wander too close, and seem to think that player pets fall under that category - even if they're grey con. They're aggroing from long range, through walls or floors, and generally making life difficult for summoners. And I <em>really</em> wish I knew if this was a bug or intended.</p><p> </p>

well,.. until we can start hitting mobs thru walls and the ground and rocks etc, like they can to us,.. I won't call it intended..<div></div>

This happened to me in two zones on Live last weekend (Oasis server, playing a 55th Defiler). I was in the middle of a long quest session and I didn't note the exact details but I know it happened several times in Zek, where every single mob in the zone is grey to me.If it happens again, I'll make sure I bug it.
