Don't mobs have reuse timers?

This has sort of become my perennial complaint, but oh well.I hate Assassin mobs so, so, so much.Playing an Assassin feels like being told that you can be the best damage class in the game, but ONLY if you fight mobs whilt tap-dancing on your hands, singing the national anthems of three random countries.  Practically every skill we have is conditional: IF rear, IF flanking, IF stealthed, IF it happens to proc this turn...  that's the trade-off we take for having high-damage skills.  We bring no utility and we have to jump through the hoops.  Okay; that's the way it is.But Assassin mobs face no such restrictions.  And lo and behold, on a little romp through Halls of Fate, we came upon a named Assassin mob with named Assassin buddies.Our 70 tank, wearing a mix of fabled and legendary gear and with a solid handful of Master skills, dropped in about 3 seconds on the first try, and about 8 seconds on the second.  We did eventually drop the [oh-so-many-expletives] thing, but not before I was thoroughly ticked off and pretty bitter.Why?The mobs -- all three of them -- hit for harder than I do.  With no reuse timers.  With no positional requirements.  With no stealth.  Using the exact same skills.Honestly, can't we just call the stupid skills something else when a mob uses them?  If a torpid bloodbloom uses Cripple on me, but is facing me, then guess what?  It's not Cripple.  Cripple is a strong debuff that only can be used from direectly behind a mob.  Three of them using it to my face?  Call it SOMETHING ELSE.I was so angry about that named that I just wanted to throw my computer.  Why?  Not because we wiped.  Goodness knows, I didn't finish a day in the weekend with my gear above 30%, and I wouldn't expect to survive every yellow heroic encounter!  But feeling like a class that has to work twice as hard as any other just to be *almost* as effective, only to see a mob use some fake version of my skill that requires, well, nothing at all?  Thanks, but I'd rather go back to tailoring.  And anyone who's heard my opinions on THAT particular waste of time will know just how aggravated I am.<div></div>

<div></div>Heh, not exactly the same as when I see a mob completely heal from 10% but I know where you are coming from. We as players suffer from the rules and regulations of play, while mobs suffer from nothing. But remember..its all in the name of balance...riiiight.

same as the oh so many times that i have stunned a mob that was in mid cast of a spell, only to cast the spell immediatly after the stun wears off, or 2-3 seconds later, which ever is shorter. not something <I> can do myself. you know, those long cast timers that we are suposed to have, that the mobs never seem to have...<div></div>
