The Everling Lockets quest bugged

Those who have previously completed it before this change will have to complete it one last time.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>I completed the qust previously and the door to the basement remains locked.  OK. Tried to get the quest to repeat - It won't repeat for me to get back in.  You require a key to drop from the caretakers and that won't drop since I completed the quest.  Have tried every combination I could think of and have been in with several others trying to get in to no avail over the last 3 weeks. </p><p>Please please please fix this. </p><p> </p><p>Dye</p></div>

<div></div><p>It hasnt worked since the day it came to test.  Folks have been talking about it repeatedly on the boards.  There are at least 6 different threads since LU18 on it.</p><p>It's almost like  /shrug...'Well, we tried, didnt work, players will find a work-around like always.'</p>

<div>I picked this one up and fixed the problem.  The door to Everling Bedroom (Captain's room) will now work if you have the lockets quest completed.  Also, the sword holder in the room will be usable once the Guard Captain is dead instead of relying on a check against the player's progression of the quest.</div>

<div></div><p>Just a quick finish to this,</p><p>Checked a last time the other night after LU#21 and finally got into the basement OK. </p><p> </p><p>Also all the quests and spawns in the basement appeared to function properly. </p><p> </p><p>Finished 6 quests there.  No additional problems noted. </p><p> </p><p>Thanks,</p><p> </p><p>Dye</p>
