Agony spawn in Feer

<div>I killed the Agony PH in Feerrott last night hoping for a spawn.  2 hours later, the spawn has still not reappeared.  (usual spawn time is around 20 minutes).  Please fix.</div><div> </div><div>Also, what has been done to Agony's spawn frequency?  It's used to be about 1 out 3 or so, now in about 12 kills of the PHs, I am yet to get him to spawn.</div>
