combat art unbuyable

<div>I dinged 57 guard and went to the court of truth to buy my 57 art, overpower.  I am warmly to them.</div><div> </div><div>Opened the buy window and the first thing I noticed was some CA's were bright red, dim red, bright white, dim white.  The bright red and white CAs I could buy, the dim colored ones, I couldnt.  The buy button is greyed out on the dim colored items.  No message, just cannot buy.</div><div> </div><div>Looking further, I noticed that any CA lvl 57 and above were the ones I couldnt buy.  Any CA 56 and lower, I could buy.</div>
