Cannot Engage

<div></div><p>I experienced this again killing towers in MajDul.  It definately seems to be affected by charms (my strategy is to charm a group mob, and drag hit along with me killing other group mobs until he dies, then charm one from the current group).</p><p>Apparently this concept of chain charming seems to ge generating this issue.  What are the rules governing this "Cannot engage" error.  Is this a gameplay issue, or is it a bug?</p><p>At one point I had one pet that was a 3 up (so a single "group" mob), and went to attack another single mob, and couldn't do anything (couldn't send in the pet, couldn't cast, etc).</p><p> </p>

<div></div><p>I assume this is perhaps linked to the condition that sticks groups in combat (since after setting up the screenshotbelow for posting, I now see the Combat window which I was ignoring, telling me I'm engaged (which I am not)).You can clearly see I'm just standing there with a pet, trying to engage a new encounter.</p><p>Regardless, it is insane to limit the amount of groups one can be engaged in.  If I'm engaged with one group, and anotherhostile group walks up, I CANNOT defend myself, while they merrily pummel me into the ground.  That is not right, andneeds to be corrected ASAP.</p><p>Can we please get a comment on this one from a GM or DEV?  This one is my number one annoyance at the moment.Thanks.</p><p><img src="http://home.comcast.net/~cshiflett2/images/cannot_engage.JPG"></p>
