Another UI Bug

<div>The ability to turn off the pop-up message you get when entering a new zone seems to be broken.   I have unchecked the box, but I'm still getting the message.</div>

<div></div>Also, was wondering if there is anyway known to turn off the pop up msg you get when combat exp is disabled? As it stands now, that is alot of text taking up window space while alot of stuff is going on. Makes it hard to see at times.
